Dinner will be held in Laird Hall at 6 p.m., followed by the film, 鈥淐uba鈥檚 Secret Side,鈥 at 7 p.m. in the Thomson Hall鈥檚 Alumnae Chapel. An authentic Cuba dinner prepared by SAGE Dining Services includes dishes such as ropa vieja (stewed beef and vegetables) arroz con maiz (rice and corn) frijole negros (black beans) and yuca con mojo (garlic and lime marinated yuca roots).
